When one local business closes in Asheville, another opens, making it hard to keep tabs on all the newest places to visit. To simplify things, we’ve rounded up some of the newest Asheville restaurants, bars, breweries, and other businesses to frequent on your next trip to our mountain town.

Check out what’s new this month below.

Soprana Rooftop Cucina
Experience a new level of dining at Soprana Rooftop Cucina, a fresh addition to Asheville’s culinary scene. Perched atop the city skyline on the Embassy Suites’ rooftop in downtown Asheville, Soprana offers a unique fusion of Italian flavors with a modern twist. From delectable brick-oven pizza and handcrafted appetizers to a wide selection of local beer, wine, and cocktails, each dish and drink is a testament to their commitment to using locally sourced ingredients and traditional techniques. Currently open for dinner from 5-10 p.m., Soprana will expand its service to include lunch in the near future.

Static Brunch
The owners of Static Age Records, a beloved downtown Asheville record store that’s been slinging LPs, cassettes, and hosting live music since 2004, have ventured out into their own restaurant! Static Brunch serves a full bar and brunch Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. upstairs at 116 N. Lexington Ave. The spot, which used to be where the old Rosetta’s Kitchen was located, features mouthwatering dishes like grain bowls, breakfast salad, trout toast, deviled eggs, and egg and cheese sandwiches. Their menu is growing and changing as they continue to experiment and see what works!

Yalla Food Truck
There’s a new player in the Asheville food truck space! Yalla Food Truck, permanently located on the outdoor patio at Catawba Brewing in the South Slope Brewing District, is serving up vibrant Middle Eastern street food. The food truck’s owner and chef, Nir, is a passionate food entrepreneur from Israel who has a deep love for Middle Eastern flavors and delicious food. He also has a unique ability to create a warm, welcoming space, which you’ll understand when you visit! Hummus bowls, pitas, bourekas (puff stuffed pastries filled with yummy stuff), baklava—their menu enhances the colorful tapestry of Asheville’s growing culinary scene.

E’Terie
Experience a journey of exquisite flavors at E’Terie, a new restaurant located within the Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park. Think fast-casual menu with a full bar—perfect for visitors exploring Asheville or locals on the go. E’Terie has two components—the E’Terie Bar and Grill and E’Terie Food To Go Market. A dynamic and open environment, E’Terie Bar and Grill is the hotel’s social hub, inviting guests to mingle while dining on familiar selections, creative contemporary cuisine, and local favorites. Start with their gooey baked pimento cheese dip and finish your meal with a BBQ chicken flatbread.
