They carry and sell the full lineup of Moog instruments and a wide array of third-party boutique synthesizers and effects. What is a Woodrow? The Woodrow is an upright variant of a traditional mountain dulcimer that holds like a guitar. The Woodrow is also one of the easiest instruments you can learn. If you’re musically inclined, you should stop by the Woodrow Instrument Co. storefront in downtown Asheville to try one on for size.
Sip on a local artisan coffee while searching through old and modern records at Citizen Vinyl. The space triples as a vinyl pressing plant, a record shop, an awesome coffee bar during the day, and a standard bar in the evening. Voted one of the best bars in America, you have to see why this spot has garnered national recognition.
